If a flower, greenery, or container is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and quality of your arrangement. Orders are delivered during our regular delivery hours.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time and is subject to availability.
Please provide a complete delivery address, recipient’s phone number, and any delivery instructions when placing your order.
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient for further instructions.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, severe weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Every arrangement at Fleur De CJ is carefully handcrafted and personally inspected before it leaves our shop. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We review each situation individually and will work with you to reach a fair resolution when a genuine issue arises.
